Q. Can you issue receipts addressed to companies or provide billing to companies?
A. We can issue receipts addressed to companies. Please let our reception staff know on the day of your visit.
If you would like us to bill your company directly, a person in charge at your company (such as a general affairs representative) must contact us by email at least one week before the patient’s visit.

Q. I am not sure which vaccinations I need for my trip.
A. First, please visit our clinic for a consultation with a nurse. During the consultation, we will recommend the vaccinations you need and create a vaccination schedule that suits your availability.
See the "Recommended Vaccines by Region" list for more details.
Q. Can I receive vaccinations on the same day after a consultation?
A. Yes, same-day vaccination is available. However, some vaccines may not be in stock on the day of your visit, depending on the type of vaccine.
Q. What should I bring on the day of my visit?
A. Please bring a form of identification, your maternal and child health handbook, or any documents showing your vaccination history.
If you do not have these documents, it is not a problem.
Q. Can I visit the clinic without an appointment?
A. An appointment is not required. However, as the clinic may be crowded at times, making a reservation is recommended for a smoother visit.
