Processing Times for Documents
・Japanese documents: Some documents can be issued immediately during your visit. If you need a document urgently, please feel free to consult us.
・English documents (such as vaccination certificates and health examination forms for which you provide a designated form): As a general rule, we will retain the form, review it, and then prepare the document. Processing time: approximately one week.
If the required information covers multiple areas, fees for more than one medical certificate may apply. Please contact us in advance for details.

Medical Certificates for Business Travel
We can issue a medical certificate describing your medical history, current medications, and present condition in case you need to visit a medical facility due to the worsening of a pre-existing condition while traveling for business.
Please bring information showing the purpose of the certificate, your medical history, and any medications you are currently taking.
Depending on the required content, we may be unable to issue the certificate immediately. English certificates take approximately one week to prepare, so please visit the clinic well in advance.
Certificates for Carrying Medications or Medical Devices
An English-language certificate may be useful in various situations when traveling abroad. If you have a pre-existing condition or wish to bring your regular medications overseas, having an English certificate can be helpful when entering the country.
English-language documents include vaccination certificates, certificates for carrying medications, and health examination certificates. An English medical certificate or other documentation may be required when applying for a visa, enrolling at a school abroad, transferring to an overseas workplace, or entering certain states or regions. Please check the applicable requirements in advance.
Fitness-for-Work Certificates
We can issue a certificate when you are required to submit proof of your fitness for work upon starting a new job.
Other Documents
We may also issue documents such as medical certificates for boat license applications. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate certain requests depending on the required content.

Frequently asked questions about medical certificates and other documents
Q: I am unable to collect my medical certificate in person. Can someone else collect it on my behalf?
A representative may collect the certificate with the consent of the patient or another person authorized to provide consent. However, the patient must personally attend the medical consultation required to issue the certificate.
Q: Can the certificate be mailed to me?
We are sorry, but we do not provide delivery by mail. Another person may collect the certificate on your behalf if they bring a signed letter of authorization.
Q: I do not have a specific organization to submit the certificate to, but I would like one just in case. Can you issue it?
When issuing a medical certificate, we require you to provide the name of the organization to which it will be submitted and its intended purpose. This is because medical certificates issued by medical institutions are official documents for which the issuing institution has a responsibility to ensure proper management.
